Every component in the coaching plan that we design for you is important and works hand in hand to make you successful. If you eliminate one tool or try to alter the structure of the plan, it will not have the same effectiveness and you risk not getting the optimum results.

*Results may vary. Your adherence to the program will determine your success. Your time committment will include:
- 2 hours/week video training session (plus any additional time you choose to review the videos)
- Minimum 2 hours/week homework (depending on the individual speed in completing assignments)
